Ken's New Record:1,228 Days In a Row Exercising
In 2012 Ken had a non-sports related injury that ended his record of 1,227 days an hour of exercise each day without missing. Roughly that's 3 and 1/3 years. Now, he is breaking that personal record by going 1,228 days as of Sept 25, 2021, and still going strong. He rotates the treadmill, elliptical and bicycle plus lifts weights. The picture to the left was taken during his 2012 record year. The one to right was taken Sep 2021. He is 85 years old. And looking good!

Still battling COVID pandemic but Ken and I and our friends have been fully vaccinated so we are comfortable socializing with them. We order food and pick it up so we can eat at home.
Nov 2021 Bruce & Lavern sent pictures of our flowers which are looking really robust and healthy. My favorite are these two bougainvilla on our south side.

Last Xmas, 2020, in Texas. It's nice and warm there.
I won first place in my Tuesday night cribbage tournament recently. FUN There were 20 playing. Yet on another night one of the players got this card. Amazing!! Bob skunked 5 people that Tuesday night.
Lunch today, Oct 12, 2021, with Bob and friend Claudia at the Uptown. She's very interesting. We were there three hours. And two wines for me. I had Ceaser salad and Ken had the sausage sandwich. Huge patty of Graziano's sausage. Brought over half home. This is a good thing in many ways.

Libby's first day of pre-school. Smart Mother, Valerie, wants to protect her daughter from COVID.
Look at all the tedious painting Martha has done on two of, wait for it, 40 Windows!
The dental trim is brighter on my computer than picture is after posting . I don't know why that trim didn't show up as well.
Ray and Martha are re-siding their 1896 three-story home. Four counting the basement where they have installed a hot tub.
They bought the manlift at an auction and are putting it to use, for sure.
