The lady who made the first offer wanted to be sure that she could have my cats. That lady lost her contractor because papers were held up and closing date was missed so he took another job. We were very upset. But our real estate lady, Rita, had another offer in her back pocket and we closed within just a few days with this offer. Which is how the first offer should have gone. Rita sure earned her money and so did Ken help with close watch over what was happening daily during the second offer. He can be nice, but fierce at the same time.

Living Room where we had many music jams, parties and friends - 42 people largest crowd we had on a jam night and we lined up rows of chairs in living room and kitchen. Of course that number included musicians.

The house looked like these shots in 2007, before we added the new room and before I did the redecorating more to our tastes.
(Well, I did do some in our bedroom and area rugs right away.)
The custom built dresser had 12 drawers. We cut off the three drawers on the end and that space was used for the doorway to the new room.
The master bath. We made few changes - mainly just replaced the sink and faucets.
